Pumps & Motors (lip Seal)
2500 hours / 5 Years (whichever comes first) – O-Rings & Lip seal replacement.
8,000 Hours – General inspection required to ensure there are no signs of jetting erosion, contamination and high wear.
20,000 Hours – Full Service
Pumps & Motors (Mechanical Seal)
5 Years – O-Ring replacement.
8,000 Hours – General inspection required to ensure there are no signs of jetting erosion, contamination, high wear and to check the condition of the mechanical seal.
Please note: Mechanical seal replacement is pressure dependant e.g. if casing pressure is below 1 bar then 20,000 hour service interval can be achieved.
20,000 Hours – Full Service, mechanical seal replacement.
Note: It is advised pump & motor performance is specified at commissioning e.g. output flow or leakage rate should be periodically checked as part of a routine maintenance plan. Any periodic decrease or increase greater than 50% should be used as a service indication.
Valves
5 Years – O-Ring replacement.
8,000 Hours – General inspection required to ensure there are no signs of jetting erosion, contamination and high wear.
20,000 Hours – Full Service, pads & springs replaced.
Cylinders
5 Years – O-Ring replacement.
8,000 Hours – General inspection required to ensure there are no signs of contamination and high wear.
20,000 Hours – Full Service
