The Procedure
If you would like to send an item back to us for Service, Repair or with a Warranty issue we kindly ask to you complete one of the following options;
Option 1) Complete Returns Form Here
Option 2) Email sales@waterhydraulics.co.uk with the following information;
- Company Name
- Company Contact
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone No.
- Reason for Return
- Item, description & serial number
- Quantity
Option 3) Contact us by phone on +44 (0) 1482 595000 and ask for the Sales Team and we will be happy to assess and assist with your return request.
Once your request has been received you will be sent a Returns Case Number along with a Return Procedure which must be strictly followed.
Once your items are received, they will be inspected by one of our Qualified Engineers and a written report with our findings & work required will be issued to you.
