The Janus range of pumps are based on the axial piston principle which is both light and compact relative to their volumetric displacement, available from 0.8cc/rev to 625cc/rev.
With up to nine pistons per pump, the design ensures very small pressure ripples, which eliminates the need for accumulators. In addition, by employing advanced materials, high-velocity and heavily loaded sliding surfaces can operate effectively using water as their only coolant and lubricant.
As a result, the potential for cross-contamination between the system fluid and lubricating oil is completely removed.
The pumps are manufactured from 316 or duplex stainless steel, making them highly resistant to corrosion and ideally suited for reverse osmosis applications. Accurate flow metering is easily achieved through precise control of the output shaft speed.
Janus axial piston motors follow the axial piston principle for high-speed applications, while our range of gearboxes provides solutions for low-speed, high-torque systems.
Finally, the motors are available in both fixed and variable displacement configurations, giving customers flexibility to meet specific performance requirements.
