We construct our 80 bore cylinders from 316 stainless steel, along with a high-grade engineering polymer seal. Additionally, for seawater service, we can manufacture them using Duplex stainless steel. Furthermore, for extreme operating environments and demanding duty cycles, we offer an additional ceramic coating.
Moreover, the Janus 80 bore cylinder features a simple yet robust design, which ensures a long service life while requiring minimal maintenance. Consequently, it provides a highly cost-effective solution.

The cylinders can be supplied as either single or double acting, depending on your needs. Furthermore, they can withstand a maximum pressure of 160 bar and achieve a maximum speed of 0.3 m/sec.
