Our 100 bore cylinder construction is made from 316 stainless steel and includes a high-grade engineering polymer seal. For applications that require seawater service, a Duplex stainless steel 100 bore cylinder can also be manufactured. In addition, an optional ceramic coating can be applied to handle extreme operating environments and demanding duty cycles.
The Janus 100 bore cylinder design is simple and robust, which ensures a long service life with minimal maintenance. As a result, it provides one of the most cost-effective solutions available.
Finally, TWHC offers special cylinders designed to meet specific customer applications or unique specifications; please contact us with your specific requirements.
